Job Description
We are GoldOller Real Estate Investments, a leading real estate investment company, looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and turns.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
- Handle repairs in residential apartment homes including small appliances, plumbing, and electrical.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
- Other duties as assigned in the job description.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- EPA certification required.
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and safety skills.
- Ability to lift over 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
