Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC., a leading tire manufacturing company, is seeking Apprentice Maintenance Technicians for its state-of-the-art plant in White, Georgia. The successful candidates will perform basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Education and Experience Requirements

Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or Associate's degree, at least two years of mechanical experience, and knowledge in areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical inclination, oil lubrication, filter change, PLCs, and AC & DC servo drives. Experience with Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLCs is preferred.

The role involves working night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment that may not be climate controlled.
