Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Lead Japan collaborations to optimize production costs through CADIOS - fluency in Japanese required.
- Direct Fixed Asset inventory planning.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
- Take an active role in developing annual budgets for labor and associated costs.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in executing all position-related duties effectively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management. Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
