Job Description
Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician looking to join a fantastic team of professionals at GoldOller Real Estate Investments? We are offering a $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, building exteriors and interiors, and public areas on the property. From regular maintenance to emergency calls, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and aesthetics of our properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct small appliance, plumbing, electrical repairs.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with great customer service skills.
- Minimum one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification and exceptional safety skills.
- Ability to work weekends, lift over 50 lbs, and travel within the region.
