As part of our Operations Management Trainee Program, you will undergo a comprehensive 16-week training program to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in operations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program focusing on the transportation industry principles and effective leadership.
- Engage in guided learning and independent study under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
- Accompany Account Managers on customer sales calls and drivers on local delivery routes to gain practical insights.
- Develop strong communication, relationship building, and operational efficiency skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics OR 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Acceptable driving history meeting Company standards.
- Willingness to relocate for career advancement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and professional demeanor.
Compensation
Average Starting Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year.
