Responsibilities

• Keep front desk and lobby areas clean and well-maintained.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the community.
• Answer telephone calls and assist residents as needed.
• Deliver newspapers to residents' doors.
• Successfully complete the Evening/Night Shift Duty List.
