VP- Real Estate Development and Marketing

Job Description

Parker Ranch Inc is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate Development and Marketing to lead the organization in generating realizations from the land portfolio and increasing lease income. This senior executive role reports directly to the CEO and demands a commercial mindset, strong soft skills, and a deep understanding of real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate development initiatives and optimize lease income.
• Manage net operating income targets and capital budgets.
• Cultivate relationships across the organization, with a focus on maintaining strong partnerships.
• Collaborate with county and state agencies to facilitate development in critical areas.
• Lead a diverse team involved in various product types including residential, commercial, and senior living.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate development, particularly with master-planned communities.
• Proficient in land acquisition and divestment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for Hawaii and the Big Island.
• Ability to work effectively with different levels of an organization.
• Experience in managing and maintaining relationships.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 annually, with additional compensation and benefits.
