Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising patient care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical competency, and ensuring a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art design with technology and amenities for emergency care. Featuring 29 private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, negative pressure rooms for isolation, and a cutting-edge CT Scanner, the department is dedicated to providing personalized patient care.
