Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position involves day and night shifts with varying hours and requires a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in alignment with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining competencies for quality care delivery. The role also entails creating a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design with 29 private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis. The facility prioritizes personalized patient care and safety, including negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases.
