Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position requires weekend commitment, with day and night shifts and varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring a safe patient care environment, and maintaining clinical competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
- Completion of orientation according to policy
