Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours and weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following all relevant protocols and guidelines. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and organization protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care.
- Maintain clinical competency and knowledge to facilitate patient care.
- Ensure a safe and secure patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.

The newly designed Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a modern patient-centered care environment with advanced technology and amenities. The department includes private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
