Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients and maintaining a safe care environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in compliance with nursing standards and organizational policies.
- Develop, evaluate, and update patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Assess patients for any changes impacting their recovery process.
- Maintain clinical competency and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within specific timeframes.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
