Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are hiring a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a full-time technician, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures in order to minimize downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing gathered data, utilizing various technologies for data collection, submitting work orders, and collaborating with maintenance planners to schedule repairs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data to predict pending failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Submit work orders and schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks.
• Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience considered.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
