JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Reactor Operator Licensee candidate to join our team at Constellation Energy. As the nation's largest producer of clean, carbon-free energy, we take pride in our mission to combat the climate crisis and lead the way in clean energy production. The successful candidate will attend training to acquire their Reactor Operator License under the guidance of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend classes and training sessions to achieve Reactor Operator License status.
• Engage in study and fieldwork as necessary to meet licensing requirements.
• Support site operations with assigned duties as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of power plant experience.
• Completion of the Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) nuclear and BMST.
• Ability to meet Company and NRC testing policies.
• Good physical condition to work in various plant conditions.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and be on-call.
• Ability to meet unescorted access requirements.
• Commitment to regular and consistent attendance.
