Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Operating Room/Endoscopy Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Goshen Health. As a crucial part of our surgical suites, you will provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing various procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Perform circulating functions during procedures, monitoring patient condition
- Assist physicians with surgical and endoscopy tasks
- Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years RN experience in Operating Room or Endoscopy
- Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Indiana RN licensure
- Flexibility for on-call rotation
Associates degree-holding colleagues must enroll in a BSN program within 12 months of hire.
Associates degree holders with over 10 years of experience may be exempt from this requirement effective February 2021.
