Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Arby's. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead a team of managers and crew members in ensuring the successful operations of an Arby's Restaurant. You will provide leadership, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold company standards while creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations in People, Profitability, and Operations.
• Provide high-level leadership and guidance to the team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient transactions.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and state laws.
• Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, and supervising employees.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
• 5 years of restaurant experience.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• State-issued driver's license and clear background check.
