Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in Japanese and English to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing production costs, analyzing ROI on projects, and contributing to the budget planning process to ensure financial efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Work with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
- Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
- Develop annual budgets for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of related experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- Fluency in Japanese is essential.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- Preferred experience with SAP S4 HANA and CPA certification.
