Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a highly qualified Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/ Japanese) to join our finance team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing production costs, analyzing variances, and collaborating with our Japanese counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production cost management through CADIOS. Fluent in Japanese is a must!
• Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
