Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As part of our innovative and quality-driven company, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and driving financial efficiency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and have a strong background in cost accounting and cost management.
Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS system.
- Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for managing production costs.
- Lead fixed asset inventory planning and direction.
- Assist departments in analyzing ROI on new projects and verifying results.
- Participate in budget planning by developing labor and cost budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is an advantage.
