Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Toyo Tires N.A. is seeking a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing our production costs and optimizing financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for cost management, requiring proficiency in Japanese.
• Plan and lead the Fixed Asset inventory process.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate post-completion.
• Contribute to the budget planning by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and management.
• CPA certification highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA considered a significant advantage.
