Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of presentation, excellent customer service, and efficient operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adherence to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security measures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
