Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and working collaboratively with your colleagues.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
