1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18+
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working efficiently and following instructions.
