1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. This is a full-time position with up to 35 hours per week, starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and assist in process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
