1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the warehouse team.

Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
- Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
