Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise within the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, raise safety concerns, and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt to changes, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent bending, standing, and moving in varying temperatures.
• Capable of physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
