1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi. As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory activities.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean and organize the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, escalating issues to management.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in the warehouse.
