We are looking for a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our Best-in-Class team at CSC Serviceworks. In this role, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs to washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer and client locations within your assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working independently, and thrive in problem-solving situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal performance and extend appliance lifespan.
• Interact with customers professionally, address concerns, and provide accurate information on repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed service records, manage parts inventory, and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements
