Job Description

Zia Auto/ Zia Automotive- NAPA Auto Care Gold & AAA Service Center is looking for an ASE Certified Technician to add to our team at our state-of-the-art service center with 18 bays and 16 lifts servicing all makes and models. The successful candidate will have strong diagnostic ability and great attention to detail, and will be responsible for diagnosing, listing repair recommendations digitally with pictures, and completing repairs on the most current makes and models of vehicles, both foreign and domestic. The role requires a team player who can work well with others and consistently take the necessary steps to achieve customer satisfaction. We provide training, specialty tools, scanners, and a new full ADAS system. Our facility offers an excellent working environment with dedicated areas for breaks, workouts, and a great lunch/training room.

Responsibilities

• Researching vehicles for service bulletins and repair information.
• Explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs.
• Consistently taking the extra steps needed to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to work schedule and completing digital inspections with pictures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive technician.
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Hybrid and EV's, Audi, VW, Porsche, Mercedes, Volvo, etc. will be a plus.
