Great job for high energy team builders! As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments given to your team. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, such as cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will also contribute to the development of more managers by setting the example and mentoring your team, while adhering to policies and procedures and expecting the same from your crew. It will be your responsibility to encourage current team members on a daily basis and to recruit new talent. Additional responsibilities will include staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, promoting 100% Domino's image standards, providing excellent customer service and effective service recovery, ensuring attendance & punctuality, maintaining store cleanliness, and contributing to marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train team members in those tasks.
• Ability to operate all equipment.
• Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Preparing products correctly at an advanced pace.
• Receiving and processing telephone orders.
• Inventory management and associated paperwork completion.
• Daily store and equipment cleaning.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to process orders and interact with customers and co-workers.
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills for accurate and quick calculations.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
