Job Description
Hubbard Pipe & Supply Inc is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Branch Manager to join our team. As a family-owned, Christian faith-based company, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and fostering a positive work environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing branch sales and operations in the plumbing industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage branch operations to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales, warehouse, logistics, inventory, finances, facility maintenance, and personnel development activities.
- Upsell customers on complimentary products and work on building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Demonstrate effective time management practices and organizational skills.
- Contribute to team success and actively participate in team activities.
- Lead through vision and values, maintaining quality orientation in all aspects of work.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in a similar position (3 years preferred).
- Minimum 3 years in progressive positions (5 years preferred).
- Product/applications and wholesale distribution experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience and competency in all subordinate positions of branch operations are essential.
