We are looking for a dependable and dedicated Branch Vice President to join our team at Rudd Equipment Company in Corbin, KY. As a senior-level position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service. The ideal candidate will promote a positive working environment, drive employee morale, and embody the company's quality philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch growth with full P&L responsibility.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal uptime for customer equipment through exceptional service.
• Lead daily sales activities, meet with customers, evaluate branch performance, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Company products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Utilize best sales practices and understand construction equipment technical aspects.
• Analyze business reports, financial data, and demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, expand the customer base, and set sales goals.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals including Sales Representatives, Service Manager, and Parts Manager.
• Enhance Rudd's corporate image through professional representation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
• High School diploma accepted with extensive industry experience.
• Proven sales and marketing background with a successful track record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role and willing to travel.

Work Environment

This position is full-time and requires some travel.
