Building Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Arbors Management Inc. in Delmont, PA. This skilled position requires experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and custodial services. The position involves 40 hours of work per week with occasional overtime and on-call responsibilities for emergency repairs. Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as window cleaning, mopping, and trash removal.
• Ensure timely completion of unit turnovers within 5-7 days on average.
• Address regular work orders within 3 days, prioritizing emergent requests promptly.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Property Manager and residents.
• Utilize basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall skills for various maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift weight up to 50 lbs, and perform manual tasks.
• Possession of a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screenings.
