Job Description

We are seeking a Care Partner to join our amazing Experience Senior Living team. As a Care Partner, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents with their daily activities and providing compassionate care. Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned and as requested in accordance with the service plan.
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry duties as assigned.
  • Communicate changes in residents' needs to appropriate team members.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control practices and respond to resident pendant/wearable calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of residents' personal care information and honor their personal and property rights.
  • Be prepared for emergency situations, including disasters, fire, and other emergencies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aid preferred, but not required.
  • License/Certificate for Medication Assistance (if applicable) as needed per state regulations preferred.
  • CPR certification/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Complete all state and Experience Senior Living specified training programs.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, team members, residents, family members, vendors, referral sources, and outside contacts.
  • Possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Able to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays with an appearance that is neat, clean, and according to dress code.
