Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance with daily activities, including personal hygiene, developmental goals, and participation in community activities.
• Build meaningful and genuine relationships with the individuals in your care, cultivating a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Assist participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, multi-tasking, adaptability, teamwork, time management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
