Job Description
We are currently looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets at the club. The ideal candidate will build and develop a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals and provide a world-class experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high performing personal training team in alignment with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
- Facilitate agile programming tailored to each client's needs and follow VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
- Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage for members and clients.
- Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and support a connected community for trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate training packages based on client goals.
- Work with trainers to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal training or fitness leadership role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others reach their goals.
