Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, a leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company in Metro Atlanta, is seeking a talented Plumbing Manager to join our team. As a Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of plumbing projects. This role involves supervising plumbing technicians, ensuring project compliance with regulations, and managing project budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Confer with stakeholders to address work procedures and resolve job site issues.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate plumbing project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare budget estimates and progress reports for project tracking.
- Inspect projects to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Organize and direct plumbing installation and maintenance activities.
- Investigate job site incidents and implement corrective measures.
- Negotiate contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Develop quality control programs and revise plans as needed.
- Apply for and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
- Supervise plumbing technician work and determine labor requirements.
- Requisition materials and supplies for project completion.
- Coach and motivate technicians to enhance productivity and skills.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Company policies.
- Operate company vehicles safely as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret technical plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
