We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will play a crucial role in exceeding fitness financial targets by building and developing a high-performing team focused on helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing ones.
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment for all personal trainers and clients.
• Coach personal trainers on consultative selling and achieving sales targets.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals.

• Certification in personal training or related field.
• Experience in leading a team and driving performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
