Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate personalized training programs tailored to each client's needs.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment within the Personal Training area.
- Support and nurture a community of personal trainers and clients.
- Attract and retain clients through relationship-building and effective sales strategies.
- Coach personal trainers on consultative selling and goal-oriented training recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
