Certified Personal Training Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will play a pivotal role in advancing our personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at the club level.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to provide tailored programming for each client.
• Create an inviting environment within the Personal Training Cage to engage with members, clients, and guests.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive and connected community among personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques to achieve monthly targets.
