Job Description
Join VASA Fitness as a Certified Personal Training Lead (PTL) who will be instrumental in advancing the personal training business, surpassing fitness financial targets, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all club members. As a PTL, you will lead a dedicated team to help members achieve their fitness goals and create a supportive community within the fitness center.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
- Drive acquisition of new personal training clients and enhance retention rates.
- Deliver tailored training programs meeting individual client needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging atmosphere in the Personal Training Cage.
- Maintain clean and safe training spaces, ensuring value for personal training clients.
- Support personal trainers' growth and development through coaching and resources.
- Establish personal relationships to attract new clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer with prior leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
- Passionate about fitness with a customer-centric approach.
