Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. This is a full-time night position in the Emergency Department Holding Area. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and overseeing the nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the Emergency Department Holding Area.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and effective resource utilization.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, and update patient care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current FL RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of acute care experience in Orthopedics. Management experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association.
