Job Description

We are now seeking responsible and energetic individuals to join our growing enterprise as Client Relations Specialists at Avis Budget Group. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, putting smiles on our customers' faces as they return their rental cars. This includes greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars, and checking them into our computer system while delivering outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus!
