CNC Operator

MacLean-Fogg is currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Schoolcraft location. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating assigned mechanical equipment, ensuring quality control, performing basic troubleshooting, and adhering to safety and 5S standards. Responsibilities

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment.
• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints if applicable.
• Use basic measuring instruments.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.).
• Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
