Job Description

MacLean-Fogg is seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team for weekend night shifts. As a CNC Operator - M1, you will be responsible for operating assigned mechanical equipment, ensuring quality control, performing basic troubleshooting, and adhering to safety and quality standards. This position requires the ability to interpret work instructions, follow written and verbal directions, and possess basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment.
• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints if applicable.
• Use basic measuring instruments.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.).
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

• Perform work under direct supervision.
• Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff.
• Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• 3 to 12 months of experience.
