Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health on a full-time basis, working the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic CT exams following established protocols and ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate interpretation. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, prioritize patient and family-centered care, and adhere to radiation protection principles while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Perform CT exams and related procedures with precision and care.
- Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms.
- Utilize hospital computer systems effectively for order verification and data management.
- Engage in clear communication with medical staff and support teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
