Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for various tasks including stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow established policies while maintaining document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and follow company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
