Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your primary focus will be enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customer needs
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and monitor product accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established security protocols and maintain confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
