Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
