Customer Service Representative - Puerto Rico

Job Description
We are seeking responsible and energetic individuals to join our growing Avis Budget Group team as Customer Service Representatives in Puerto Rico. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our enterprise, ensuring our customers have a seamless and pleasant experience with us. You'll be responsible for assisting customers in the return of their rental cars, demonstrating exceptional customer service, and contributing to the smooth operation of our services.

What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts
- 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus
